Basics
Turn around time can take between 1 week up to 3 months depending on how detailed the art would be however I will do my best to complete your order in a shortest time possible!I will require a clear picture(s) / reference(s) or written descriptions of your character(s)
Cancellation/Refund PolicyReasons I may cancel/refund a commission:• Inability to complete work• Technical difficulties• TOS breachesPayment• Payment through Paypal.There are two payment options available:• 100% upfront• 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approvalPayment plans can be arranged for larger commissions; ask me for details if necessary.Revisions
Free minor revisions during sketch phase.Additional charge for completely redone sketch.No major revisions during shading phase.
Image Delivery and Rights
You will receive a full sized, 300dpi, flat PNG file. If you have a specific size requirement, it must be noted from the start.I will not remove my signature from the completed image.I retain the rights to use my artwork for advertising.You may not:• Remove my signature or watermark• Use it for any commercial use, profit, or sales.
